We have a small company in which we are told will be sold (assets only) within the next month. The owner is a Switzerland company. They have advised us that they want the employees to take all of their vacation accrual within the next month. I think it sounds suspiously like they have plans to close and leave all the obligations behind, including the vacation accruals. What is the liability to the officers should they do this?
