		<description>This all sounds very strange to me.  We just learned from the HR Benefits Alert newsletter that any PTO Payout (Buy Back) needs to be included in overtime calculation.  I have never heard of this rule before and am curious as to how you are supposed to calculate something like this???  Any ideas?</description>
