		<description>There is a huge problem with giving any kind of cash or cash equivalent to a non-exempt employee.  You must figure in the amount with their overtime calculation for the pay period in which is was awarded.  If you aren&#039;t working any overtime, there is no problem.  But if you are having employees work overtime, you must add the bonus into the wages and recalculate overtime pay.</description>
